These ladies shone like the sun (especially when the sun went behind the clouds).
This was a special treat for me and totally unplanned when I decided to rent the Nikkor 24-70mm 2.8 lens for the long weekend. I expected to take pics of fireworks, maybe the Canada Day Parade and a few other random things to test the lens. I did NOT expect to start my weekend with a shoot for these gorgeous young ladies. One of them was graduating from high school, and the other was her date for the prom. It will be too difficult to call them by name, as they have the same name, same spelling.
I tried to rush in as many frames as possible because the sun was playing peek a boo with the clouds. Not complaining though since it poured rain all day, and I’ll take dodging the sun vs being stuck inside in the rain.
Thanks girls for asking me to grab a few pics before you went to enjoy the prom. You looked gorgeous.
