So here we are, over two weeks into the Global Pandemic Covid-19.
Checking in with you. How are you doing?
I am mostly doing well. There has definitely been some time for personal reflection and a good deep dive into coping with stressful situations. I would say that I am 90% good and 10% anxious. I am limiting my exposure to not only the Virus by #stayinghome, but I am also limiting my exposure to the news. SO much sadness, fear, uncertainty and unknown.
I’m not burying my head under a rock, just keeping perspective on what I can control. In my control is my attitude and staying home and sticking to the plan for flattening the curve.
A few things I have been doing to stay positive and motivated are:
- Editing photos from recent shoots
- Learning new photography editing skills
- Selecting images for my marketing material
- Updating my Instagram profiles (check below for links to follow me)
- Working on my Photography Pinterest profile
- Planning out a Blog schedule
- Walking almost every day
- Guided meditation (kinda cool)
- Gardening
- Lots of Online Learning (so much learning)
- Trying to get a good nights sleep
- Journaling (kinda), as I look for the good in each day
